Marina Features and Amenities Include:
- Expertly designed by AVA, engineers and constructed marina by Palm Valley Marine Construction
- 24 boat slips, 15’ x 50’
Each slip features:
- Metered electric and water, including: two (2) 30 amp breakers, one (1)-20 amp breaker, potable water to each slip
- Cable TV and Broadband Internet via CAT5 cable
- Lockable, personal dock boxes at each slip
- Mooring pilings
- Dock bumpers and dock hardware
Other marina amenities and features include:
- Deep water boat slips (navigable to the St. Johns River)
- Bridge Height to Coastal Creek may restrict some larger boats.
